O Rapixel GAL 4K-40CCNIR é uma câmara de varrimento de linha de 4 linhas RGB+NIR concebida para inspeção multiespectral de alta velocidade. O seu sensor de 4 linhas captura informações RGB e de infravermelho próximo (NIR) simultaneamente, fornecendo dados espectrais adicionais para aplicações onde a imagem visível padrão não é suficiente.
Operando a até 40kHz, a câmara suporta inspeção contínua rápida, mantendo a aquisição de imagens detalhada. Utiliza uma interface CameraLink e montagem M42, tornando-a adequada para integração em sistemas de visão industrial automatizados.
O GAL 4K-40CCNIR é otimizado para uso com lentes corrigidas para IR, ajudando a manter a qualidade da imagem consistente através dos comprimentos de onda visíveis e NIR. A sua capacidade multiespectral é particularmente útil para detetar revestimentos especiais em papel impresso, onde diferenças difíceis de identificar em imagens RGB podem ser reveladas através da imagem NIR.
