🧾 International Shipping & Import Duties
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply based on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer. If customs clearance requires a Tax ID, VAT number, EORI number, or other import information, please email it to info@rapixeltech.com after placing your order to help avoid delays.

🇺🇸 Additional Requirements for U.S. Customers
Due to U.S. import tariffs and customs requirements, please email your company name and your FedEx, UPS, or DHL account number to info@rapixeltech.com after placing your order. This helps ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.

💳 Payment Processing Fees
Payment processing fees are non-refundable. If an order is refunded, a processing fee of 2.5%–6% (depending on your payment method) will be deducted. These fees are charged by Shopify Payments, not by Rapixel Tech.
