💳 Transaction Fees Are Non-Refundable
When a refund is issued, please note that payment processing platforms do not return their service fees. These fees are not charged by our store, but by third-party providers (Shopify & PayPal). The handling fee will be deducted from a certain percentage of the order amount.(Depending on ways you paid: 2.5%-6%)

Product FAQ

1. Lenses Not Included by Default
Industrial cameras are sold without lenses, as lens selection depends on your specific needs, such as field of view, working distance, resolution, and lighting.This differs from consumer cameras, which often have built-in lenses. We're happy to help you choose the right lens for your application.(info@rapixeltech.com)

2. No Internal Video Recording
Industrial cameras don't record video internally. They capture frames and transmit them in real time via USB, GigE, or Camera Link to a PC. Video recording must be handled by external software. If you simply need basic video recording, a consumer camera may be more suitable.

● Please kindly be informed that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than product defects or quality issues. 

● Before placing the order, all customers need to take the responsibility to confirm that the selected product is suitable for your needs and meets your intended application, and we are not responsible for any customer's application. Accordingly please note the following return or exchange requirements will be rejected.
>Misunderstanding or incorrect product selection
>Mismatch for intended use
> Other reasons for personal dissatisfaction

● We are confident to ensure that all our products could reach 100% qualified in QC and QA when they are ready for shipping. But in case any product you receive is damaged, defective or does not match the description provided, you always have the objection period of 3 working days from the receiving date, among when you could submit all your queries or any other comments.
